Summary
In partnership with Mobile Healthcare Facilities, Brewco Health fabricated and delivered a mobile healthcare solution for the Texas Division of Emergency Management that included multiple ICU units with configuration options to be used independently or together as a large field hospital. These mobile assets meant TDEM could help local governments in their time of need efficiently and quickly.
The Challenge
The Texas Division of Emergency Management needed a mobile healthcare solution to assist local governments in Texas with medical services for emergency, disaster relief, pandemics and other critical situations.
The Solution
Brewco Health fabricated and delivered four 53’ ICU units and four 53′ support trailers. Each ICU unit has a capacity of 9 interior beds. In addition, canopies can be utilized off the side of the trailers, which creates flexibility for multiple configurations. Under the canopies, there is the option to use cots for additional bed space.
